Who it is for

Adults who wonder whether ADHD traits fit their experience—trouble focusing, restlessness, disorganization, or impulsive habits.

How the score is read

The full checklist scores each item 0–4 (maximum 72), but its total has no official screening cutoff. In Part A, items 1–3 count from Sometimes and items 4–6 from Often; four or more positives make the screener positive.

Editorial accountability

The ASRS ADHD Test Editorial Desk reviews screening copy for clarity, fidelity to the WHO ASRS v1.1 instrument and published Part A scoring rules, and clear non-diagnosis wording. Claims are checked against Harvard NCS ASRS materials and peer-reviewed studies (including Kessler et al., 2005). Contact adhdtest@vloam.com with corrections.
